Savvy launches it’s new weekly bulletin for users
Savvy Pet Spa as a company is 100% committed to meeting the needs of our groomers. Following on from feedback from a questionnaire to all users and people trying out the platform, we have established that an area of improvement is how we communicate change.
We have become well known for being a system and a company that really doesn’t rest on it’s laurels. As one of our groomers once pointed out, if Savvy were running Brexit it would have been sorted within weeks!
Those changes though, no matter how awesome, can be frustrating for users who are not up to speed with whats changing and why, so we have developed a plan for weekly updates on whats has changed during the week and what you need to know to keep up to speed and get the most out of the software.
